Nut and Magazine Sales Calendar
Selling starts October 3 and goes until October 19.
Orders to Troop Coordinator by October 22, 2008--troop coordinators can do on-line or on Participation summary and Incentive Order Form. Turn in forms to Dianne along with magazine order forms (yellow and white copies) and coupon booklets.
Nut and Candy pick up will be November 12, 13, or 14 in Middletown area. Call or email Dianne after October 15 for a time.
Money due to troop coordinator by November 25 so the deposit can be made to Commerce Bank. Checks should be made out to GSJS and include the phone number of the check writer and the troop number on the memo line!
Turn in one copy of deposit slip to Dianne by December 2. Hopefully incentives will be available by then.
